Former Arkansas Razorback Linebacker, Drew Sanders, was selected by the Denver Broncos in the 3rd round with the 67th pick. Drew Sanders was projected by many to go late in the first round or early in the second. The 6’4″ linebacker recorded 103 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, and one interception all during his final college season. He was a unanimous All-American selection and a first team All-SEC player.

Former Arkansas Center, Ricky Stromberg, was drafted by the Washington Commander in the 3rd round with the 97th pick. Ricky started all 12 games of the season. Stromberg also won the SEC’s Jacobs Blocking Trophy, given to the SEC’s best offensive lineman.

Another former hog linebacker, Bumper Pool, was signed by the Carolina Panthers in free agency. Bumper Pool became Arkansas’s all time leading tackler his senior year with 441 career tackles. Bumper Pool was a team captain for the Hogs and earned many awards throughout his career at the hill.

A standout wide receiver for the Hogs, Jadon Haselwood, was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles in free agency. Haselwood led Arkansas in receptions and was 7th in the SEC in his 2022 season. Jadon started all 12 games in his first and last season at Arkansas.

The other hogs signed were wide receiver Matt Landers to the Seahawks, kicker Jake Bates to the Buccaneers, and offensive tackle Dalton Wagner to the Las Vegas Raiders.
