Yesterday December 7th the Optimism Club got together in Mrs. Tilley’s room and made two quilts for children in need through Project Linus. Over twenty kids gathered together to make these warm quilts for kids this cold winter. On for a boy and one for a girl. With about 2.5 million homeless children in the U.S alone, we know that for every blanket we make, is another child warmed up through this winter.
