The Optimist Club is a service project club, meaning they create and help out in the community. All the activities will be after school. “Not many students can come on the weekends, so we have it after school,” said Ms. Tilly the clubs leader. So far they haven’t set up the first meeting so continue to listen to those wonderful announcements! Anyone can join all you have to do is to come to the meetings easy enough right?
Ms. Tilly hopes that students can start volunteering in their community on there own and being exposed to companies. Here’s a secret between me and you: students with 75 hours of volunteering will get an additional high school credit!
