Halloween is the perfect time for fun treats. All you need to know is the right one to make. How does Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls sound? Delicious right. Here’s a simple recipe to make the perfect Halloween treat.

To start off you will need to make the dough. To do this you will need a large saucepan. You will have to combine 1 ½ cups of whole milk, and ½ a cup of vegetable oil and granulated oil. Then heat it up until its hot, but not boiling. After this, you will need to take the pan off the stove and let cool until warm. After this combine 4 cups of flour to ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, and ¼ teaspoon of ginger and nutmeg. Sprinkle this combination into the saucepan and mix well. Cover the saucepan with a dish-towel and let sit for 1 hour.

After the hour is over the dough should be very puffy and almost doubled in size. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. While waiting for the oven to heat up drizzle butter into 3 pie pans and smear all over the surface. Place dough on a floured surface and roll out into an 18 by 25-inch rectangle. If the dough is overly sticky sprinkle flour on it.

Now it’s time to make the filling! For this, you will need to mix ½ a cup of brown sugar, ½ a cup of granulated sugar, ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of ground ginger, and ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg into a medium-size bowl. Before applying to the dough smear a good amount of butter on it. Then evenly spread the filling on the dough and sprinkle pecans on it. Starting from the top roll the dough towards you into a tight log. Then cut into ½ to ¾ inch sections. Then place the section in the buttered pan, and allow to rise for 20 minutes. Now bake until the rolls are golden brown around the edges, 15-18 minutes.

While the rolls are baking make the frosting. To make the frosting you will need to mix 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 ¾ cups of powdered sugar, ¼ cup of whole milk, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Beat until fluffy. Once the rolls come out of the oven, apply the frosting. Let cool and enjoy your delicious pumpkin cinnamon rolls!
